The Health Aisle (“we”, “us”) is a Canadian, pharmacist-curated health storefront. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account & orders: your name, email, shipping address, and order history when you buy or create an account.
- Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter: your email address if you sign up for pharmacist tips and offers.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To fulfil and ship your orders, run your loyalty points, send order and account emails, send newsletters you asked for, provide customer support, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the store, acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts, orders, secure database), and Klaviyo (email delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@thehealthaisle.com.
Data security & retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
