Our content — including pharmacist notes, evidence ratings, and home remedies — is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician, pharmacist, or another qualified provider about a medical condition, and before starting or stopping any treatment. In an emergency, call 911.

Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but errors can happen; if a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline.

Shipping & returns

We ship within Canada. Free shipping applies over the threshold shown at checkout. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days; some health and personal-care items may be non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. Contact us to start a return.

Consultations

Pharmacist consultations are informational and do not create a prescriber–patient relationship or replace care from your own healthcare team.

Accounts & loyalty points

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Aisle loyalty points have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or expired; redemption limits are shown at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Health Aisle is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
